Quaker Steak Parent Permission

Parents,

We are holding a reading competition to encourage our students to read more minutes during the month of March.  We believe in using many different methods to motivate our students to read more.  This contest was based on their independent reading time.  That means that they had choice over what they read.  They could count their minutes from Monday to Friday each week, and if their seminar class won they moved on.

The winner of the contest gets to have a free lunch at Quaker Steak & Lube.  They have very generously donated free food for the Seminar Champions from each grade level.  We just need to make sure that every student going has permission to travel to this restaurant for lunch.

I give permission for __________________________ to travel from Lewis Central Middle School to Quaker Steak & Lube for lunch on Monday, April 3rd.
